Mrs. Ida Grimes dropped dead at the home of Elijah Pitts, about half a mile n. of Russellville at six on Fri. morning. Mrs. Grimes worked in Russellville, but had spent the night with Mr. & Mrs. Pitts, and was returning to town when the fatal seizure occurred. She had been in her usual health. She was the widow of Abraham Grimes who died about a year ago. Funeral services were held at the Russellville Christian Church on Sunday afternoon in charge of Rev. W J Malcolm.

Russellville, May 21. The funeral of Mrs. Ida Grimes was held at the Christian Church Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock and was conducted by Rev. WJ Malcolm of this place. Music by Lucile Gardner, Mabel Spencer, BF
Hargrave and JM Spencer.  Interment in local cemetery. Mrs. Grimes is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Edith Wiltermood, one granddaughter, Dorothy Wiltermood and three brothers, George Blain and Everett Graham
(sic - only two listed) and one sister, Mrs. Zona Goodwin.
